Planned Parenthood Southwest Ohio Region v. DeWine

Challenge to an Ohio law restricting the use of mifepristone for medication abortion. In May 2011, the U.S. District Court upheld the law as constitutional in most respects. Current Status: In October 2012, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court decision, holding that the restrictions did not place an undue burden on a woman's right to choose abortion.
