Nova Health Systems v. Pruitt

Challenge to an Oklahoma law which prohibits a woman from getting an abortion unless she first has an ultrasound image and listens to her doctor describe the image in detail. In March 2012, the Oklahoma District Court struck down the law as unconstitutional.
